We’re here to help with Communio, your account, prayer intentions, safety reports, and technical support.

Contact support

Email support@communio.app. Include your device model and iOS version when reporting a technical issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Report inappropriate content

Tap the three dots next to a Prayer Wall intention and choose “Report content.” You can also block the author immediately. We review safety reports promptly and target action on objectionable content within 24 hours.

Delete your account

Tap your profile circle, open “Account & Support,” and choose “Delete account.” Complete the confirmation to permanently remove your Communio data and authentication account.
